This program is designed for well-qualified homebuyers who were in escrow or couldn’t qualify for a mortgage due to issues such as tax return filing, seasoning of funds, or length of employment. It allows clients to close escrow while they address these financial hurdles that prevent them from obtaining a standard A-credit loan.
This is the most popular financing program among our clients. It is also used by well-qualified buyers who need to close escrow within 10 days to secure a significant discount from the seller, similar to purchasing a property with cash.
