Kevin J. Theodora is the Founder and President of The Bridge Loans, Inc. With more than 4 decades of experience as a Loan Originator and Finance Manager, Kevin has personally funded thousands of loans for his clients, specializing in FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. His vision was to create a company that assists well-qualified clients who encounter obstacles in purchasing or refinancing their homes. Leveraging his extensive lending experience and creativity, Kevin has developed alternative financing programs to cater to various client needs.

Kevin has successfully closed challenging transactions related to short-term construction, probate, credit restoration, home improvement, debt consolidation, and cross-collateralization programs, with loan amounts ranging from $36,000 to $12,000,000. His innovative financing solutions have enabled clients to achieve their goals efficiently.

Under Kevin’s leadership, The Bridge Loans, Inc. has expanded from lending in Southern California to serving clients nationwide. The company’s programs have grown to include financing for single-family residences, 90-unit apartment complexes, and recently, an 89-unit single-family housing tract construction project in Colorado.
